You know we have great coffee…exceptional beans, responsibly sourced from our trusted producers and importers from all over the globe.  Our baristas can prepare your favorite coffee drink for you, just the way you like it.  Or they can make a recommendation and inspire you to try something new!  We create original and unusual seasonal specials that are always popular with our regulars.  Our Old Fashioned Coffee Mocktail, featuring our bourbon barrel aged cold brew for example, or a Warm Spiced Dirty Chai - one of these special coffee drinks just might become your new favorite!

We have an entire array of delicious food offerings at Red Silo.  To satisfy your sweet tooth, you might indulge in a cinnamon roll, sticky bun or a warm blueberry muffin - fresh baked from scratch, every day, right in our own bakery.  Or if you’re looking for a little more substance - you can grab a Bonfire Breakfast Burrito, a breakfast croissant or even a breakfast sammie.  We won’t even mention all the delicious, fresh baked desserts we have in our pastry case (well…maybe we will mention them)…  Brownies, bundt cakes, cookies, the list goes on!  We have many gluten-free, vegetarian options as well.

Our artisan ice cream is made right in our own creamery in West Arvada.  We only use the very best ingredients - everything is 100% natural, organic and made from scratch.  All of our inclusions are baked at Red Silo - also made from scratch.  We do not use syrups, artificial flavorings or preservatives.  We pride ourselves on our unique and original flavor combinations - where else are you going to find a Sweet Basil, Garden Mint chip ice cream?  (And yes…we grow our own Sweet Basil and Garden Mint!)  100% natural and 100% delicious!
